Durability

Most delivery platforms say nothing about this. Here is exactly what happens to a file after you hand it over.
- Two independent storage companies
- Your masters live at two providers who share no infrastructure and no billing relationship. Losing one loses nothing.
- Every byte checksum-verified
- We hash each file before it leaves your machine and again after it lands. A mismatch fails the upload instead of quietly keeping a broken file.
- Immune to our own mistakes
- Object lock means a bad deploy on our side cannot delete your media. Not a promise about our competence - a constraint on it.

- How long do you keep my files?
- 12 months from upload, included in the price. Extend a Moment anytime for €0.10/GB per year. We email you before anything expires - at 9 months and again at 11.
- Do my credits expire?
- Never. Bought GB stay on your account until an upload spends them.
- What happens when I delete something?
- The shared links stop working permanently - that is the point of deleting. Credits come back only if you delete within 30 days of the upload, which covers the wrong-file case without turning storage into a rental.
- What if my balance runs out?
- New uploads lock until you top up. Nothing you have already delivered is affected - galleries your couples are watching keep working.
- What happens to my clients' galleries if I stop paying?
- Nothing, because there is nothing to stop paying. You bought the credits outright; the galleries run out their 12 months either way.
- What can I upload?
- Final exports: H.264 or HEVC video in MP4 or MOV, and JPEG, PNG, HEIC or WebP photos. We build the streaming versions from those - ProRes and camera RAW are not accepted.
- Is it really 4K?
- Yes. We build an adaptive ladder up to 2160p, so it starts fast on a phone on 4G and goes to full resolution on wifi. Your couple can pick the quality; the default picks itself.
- Can my couples download the originals?
- Yes - the files you uploaded, not a re-compressed copy. Per file, or everything at once.
